Outside Sales Agent - Real Estate

Compensation $160,000+ at plan commissions Responsibilities Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Use our CRM to regularly follow‑up with customers to ensure our agents have up‑to‑date information to move through the listing and closing process Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Team and DB lead generation Lead follow‑up Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Has excellent organizational, time management and follow‑up skills Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Real estate license required Income reflects when hitting goals Sales experience About Company Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
