Job Overview

MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in the Des Moines metro area. The client is hiring energetic, coachable people for an entry-level management role focused on customer experience, client relationships, and team coordination.

No experience is required. We provide on-site training so you can start with confidence. This is a ground-level role with a clear path into leadership. Management seats are filled from within.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with friendly, professional support by phone and in person

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or benefits

• Handle inquiries quickly and keep satisfaction high through clear communication and problem-solving

• Check in with current and past clients to protect relationships

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and client information in Microsoft Office

• Use strong phone etiquette and active listening to build rapport

• Work with the team to hit shared goals and improve service quality

Requirements

• No prior customer support, call center, or client-service experience required - training is provided

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer work

• Data entry, organization, and cash-handling experience is a plus

• Able to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

• Solid typing skills and professional etiquette

Compensation :

• Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses

• Target First-Year Range: $47,000 - $96,000+. D epending on individual execution and production.
