Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Consultant with 5-8 years of Salesforce experience and strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise. This individual will join an established team supporting ongoing CPQ initiatives and enhancements. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly ramp up, contribute to project execution, and partner effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities Configure and support Salesforce CPQ functionality including products, pricing, quoting, approvals, and contracting processes. Assist with day-to-day administration and optimization of Salesforce CPQ. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and support enhancements to existing functionality. Collaborate with business users, Salesforce administrators, and development teams. Participate in testing, deployment, and user adoption activities. Support process improvement initiatives across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

-5-8 years of Salesforce experience. -Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. -Experience configuring products, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and discounting structures. -Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. -Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. -Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. -Exposure to integrations, quoting processes, or quote-to-cash workflows. -Experience working in Agile environments.
