Responsibilities Resolve technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. Create, delete, and modify customer accounts. Maintain and update records and tracking databases. Alert management to recurring problems and patterns. Work as a team player and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills. Qualifications Education: Associate of Arts or Associate of Science. Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience. Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry. Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly. Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service. Certification: IAT Level 1. Shift: Monday - Friday 7pm-3am. Location: On Site. Benefits 401K with company match.
