This role requires strong blueprint reading, first-article inspection capability, and the ability to troubleshoot programs and tooling issues. Location: Glendale Heights, IL | Onsite | 1st or 2nd Shift Core Responsibilities & Required Experience This is a hands-on machining role for someone comfortable running production independently. What You Will Do · Set up and operate CNC lathes (multi-axis, live tooling preferred) · Load programs and make offsets as needed · Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T · Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks · Troubleshoot tooling, program, and machine issues · Maintain quality and production standards What You Bring · 3+ years CNC lathe setup experience · Experience with multi-axis lathes and live tooling preferred · Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments · Experience making program edits or conversational programming · Strong attention to detail and quality Interested in hearing more?
