Director of Finance - Hybrid

A network of clinics in New York is currently seeking an experienced Finance professional to join their team in Westchester County on a hybrid basis as their new regional leader of finance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance will be responsible for the supervision and direction of the accounting staff. Responsibilities Oversee financial statement preparation and reporting, production of the operating, capital and grant program budgets, general ledger maintenance Act as the primary liaison with the affiliate’s independent auditors Oversee the preparation of grant vouchers for reimbursement Handle financial performance reports for all Affiliate departments and external reporting such as the NYS Cost Report and PPFA financial reporting Perform other duties, as needed Estimated Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Financial Management experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other relevant area Experience in a Leadership and/or Management of a team Experience with grants and payroll Strong experience with Microsoft Excel Great interpersonal skills Highly organized Desired Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance experience in a healthcare or non-profit environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
