Reference: 85347-370348GENERAL JOB SUMMARYDirects the efforts of the Inspection Department, including supervision of TPL’s, technical training and associated personnel actions.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssigns team goals and conducts Tier meetings to communicate issues and assign actions.Reviews and approves time and attendance for accuracy.Ensure department work areas are safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant through training, implementation of EHS policies, and continuous improvement. Represents Gichner In-process inspection team during audits, inspection, and as part of acceptance by customer and with government personnel. Oversee the inspection/in-process test of product and completion of inspection data.
