We hire physical therapists across our Sacramento-region clinics throughout the year. Our vision is to upgrade 100,000 lives by 2030, and we get there by developing clinicians who can bridge rehab and performance progressing patients from pain to function to return-to-sport, supported by force-plate data and one-on-one treatment time.

The Region

Our clinics span the Sacramento area from the urban core to the suburbs to the foothill communities east of the city. Across the region, you'll work with a wide mix: youth and high school athletes, collegiate competitors, endurance athletes who train year-round on the American River Parkway, masters athletes, and active adults who refuse to slow down.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and performance-based conditions
• Build individualized, goal-driven plans of care
• Use force-plate data and objective measures to inform return-to-sport decisions
• Collaborate with clinicians, coaches, and support staff
• Mentor DPT students rotating through the clinic (optional)

What You'll Find

• Autonomy with accountability set your start time within 6am6pm operating hours
• One-on-one treatment time and full ownership of your caseload
• Structured mentorship, weekly case reviews, and the KIMEU development pathway
• Force plates, performance training space, and outcome-tracking infrastructure

Compensation

Base Salary - $75,000$100,000 (PT Level IIII)

Gainshare - Uncapped, performance-based

Total Compensation - $95,000$175,000+

Requirements

• Licensed PT in California (or license-eligible)
• DPT, MPT, or equivalent degree
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
