Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a fast-paced enterprise team supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and automated testing across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog
• Experience with ATF, Selenium, UI Testing, API Testing, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and platform customization
• Experience with CMDB, IntegrationHub, and enterprise workflow automation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD deployment practices
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-GRC certification
• Experience with AI Agent Studio, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Now Assist
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades
