Winchester, MA • Winchester Hospital • Full-time • DayWhen you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.Job Description:This position is eligible for a $5.00 an hour Float Pool Differential.Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.As a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Services/ICU Float Pool Team, you will be responsible for the following:Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patientSupport and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomesQualifications:Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
