Senior Director, Global Analytics & Insights, Cell Therapy

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Director to lead global analytics and insights for its Cell Therapy Enterprise. The role involves developing market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions across the cell therapy portfolio from clinical development through commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary analytics contact for Cell Therapy Enterprise, partnering with cross-functional leaders on portfolio strategy and business planning
- Build deep knowledge of disease areas including HCP insights, market dynamics, and competitive landscape implications
- Lead strategic projects across cell therapy portfolio in partnership with enterprise leadership and cross-functional teams
- Develop objective analyses and business cases reflecting cell therapy-specific factors including patient eligibility, treatment pathways, and manufacturing capacity
- Partner with Global Commercial, R&D, Medical, and Regulatory teams to provide independent insights for asset and portfolio decisions
Requirements
- Advanced degree in science, mathematics, or MBA
- Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical or consulting analytical and market research experience
- Senior executive engagement and communication expertise
- Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to influence market or customer understanding
- Strategy role experience within pharmaceutical industry or life science consulting
- Cell therapy, advanced therapies, or oncology development experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting early-stage or pre-launch assets and commercialization planning
Compensation: $218,330–$327,494 base
