Responsibilities Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service. Show extensive knowledge of food and drink menu, recommend and upsell to guests. Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards. Ensure accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction. Bus tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed. Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas as business needs arise. Requirements At least 18 years old to serve alcohol. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs. Ability to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral. Ability to adjust focus as needed, including low or dim lighting.
