The Facility Optimization Solutions team at CannonDesign seeks a Mechanical Assessor to lead on‑site condition assessments of healthcare, education, and commercial facilities. You will document mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations with rough cost estimates for capital planning. You will mentor junior assessors, coordinate with clients and facility staff, and travel up to 40% for field work while delivering clear written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr Cannon Design
