Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on commercial and industrial construction projects in Charlotte, NC. You will supervise waterproofing crews, ensure proper installations, interpret plans, and drive safety and productivity on site. The role requires 5+ years in waterproofing with 2+ years in leadership, knowledge of spray-applied fireproofing, and strong communication skills.
