What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Manage complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through resolution
\n
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands
\n
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
\n
• Review and analyze medical records, damages, and liability issues
\n
• Participate in depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
\n
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
\n
• Work closely with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes cases
\n
• Mentor support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• J.D. from an accredited law school
\n
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
\n
• 5+ years of litigation experience
\n
• Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
\n
• Mass tort experience highly preferred
\n
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
\n
• Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
\n
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
\n
• Comfort handling sensitive and emotionally complex matters involving sexual abuse claims
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $155,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience
\n

This position is based in Newport Beach, California. While the firm prefers regular onsite attendance, a hybrid schedule may be considered for a strong candidate.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations

• Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing

• This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
