Responsibilities Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating their needs. Handle guest challenges with tact and patience, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction. Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages. Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions. Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables, and transporting dirty dishes to the designated areas. Available to effectively manage a section of tables. Ability to safely maneuver furniture such as chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats. Proficient in using all necessary cleaning tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills for following verbal and written instructions. Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk during the entire shift, navigating through potential hazards. All major holidays off!
