• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our residents

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness

• Design and implement tailored interventions to improve functional abilities, such as mobility, ADLs, and cognitive function

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop effective treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
