Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional first impression. Check patients in and out while ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Schedule appointments and help manage provider schedules efficiently. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with appointments and questions. Verify patient demographic and insurance information. Collect patient payments and accurately process transactions. Maintain efficient patient flow by communicating effectively with providers and team members. Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and general office inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Support daily administrative tasks to keep the front office organized and running smoothly. Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout every visit. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Two or more years of customer service experience is required (medical or healthcare office experience preferred). Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new software. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Positive attitude with a team-first mentality. Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability. Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult patients or situations. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Why Work With Us?
