Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client insurance accounts
• Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and renewals
• Provide clear and accurate information on insurance products and services
• Process claims and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage based on client needs
• Support agency goals by helping meet performance targets

Qualifications

• Active insurance license (required)
• Prior experience in an insurance agency setting required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
