Center Medical Specialist Seeking: EMT Basic, EMT Advanced, Paramedic, LVN/LPN, or RN for a Plasma Donation Center. Salary is based on licensure and experience. What’s In It For You Competitive pay Career growth and promotion opportunities Geographic mobility across our 300+ donation centers No third shift scheduling Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, up to 5% 401(k) match, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO, Holiday Pay, and company bonus program participation) About The Job Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction Ensure donor and staff confidentiality Educate donors on potential hazards and provide counseling on unacceptable test results Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events Assess any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability Assist in employee training Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program Job Requirements Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT. HS diploma or GED required. Current CPR certification required. Attributes Work involves standing and sitting for 2–4 hours per day. Occasional bending and twisting of the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day. Frequent hand and finger movements requiring precision and coordination. Frequent foot movement; may squat, crouch, or sit on heels occasionally.
