About the Position

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• Current state license
• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience
• Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology with ARRT credentials
• CT scanning skills for CT procedures including routine CT Brain, Spine, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, Extremities, Trauma, CTA Brain, CTA Neck, CTA Abdomen/Pelvis, CTA Chest, and venipuncture skills

• Shift hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Weekend requirement: Friday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Call requirements: None
• Float requirements: None

• EHR: Meditech

Tamarack Marketplace is located in Beckley and features Appalachian art, food, and music, while the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine and Youth Museum provides a direct look at the area’s coal heritage. New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is about 20 miles north of Beckley and offers hiking, whitewater rafting, and scenic overlooks along the New River. Winterplace Ski Resort is about 15 miles south of the city and provides skiing and snow tubing, while Interstate 64 and Interstate 77 connect Beckley to Charleston in about 1 hour and to Princeton in about 40 minutes.
