• Manage and operate ventilators effectively.
• Perform arterial blood gas analyses to monitor patient status.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

• Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in acute and critical care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

This position involves working in fast-paced healthcare settings, where adaptability and quick decision-making are crucial. The role may require shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
