Paralegal

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Paralegal in Philadelphia, PA area!

• Report to trial attorney
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Discovery Deadline
• Discovery Production
• Extensive contact with clients and physician offices
• Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation
• Review and Analyze case files
• Analyze and assemble clients' medical records
• Research and resolve governmental tax liens
• Correspond with defense counsel as needed
• Analyze wage loss portion of clients' claims
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-5 years' experience with catastrophic injury civil litigation matters.
• Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate compassion and understanding to our clients
• Must be a self-starter.
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Case management software experience is also a plus.
