In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support to students, faculty, and staff while helping keep our technology running smoothly across campus. From configuring devices and solving software issues to supporting classrooms, offices, and clinical environments, you'll play an essential role in the daily success of our university community.Whether you're an experienced IT professional looking to grow your career or a tech-savvy problem solver ready for your next challenge, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact while expanding your skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.What You'll DoKeep Technology Running• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues for students and employees.• Manage and resolve support requests through the Help Desk ticketing system.• Provide in-person, remote, and walk-in technical support.• Maintain and support campus printers, copiers, and other technology equipment.Configure & Deploy Technology• Prepare, image, configure, and deploy computers, phones, and related hardware.• Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and user workstations.• Assist with device setup, upgrades, and technology lifecycle initiatives.Deliver Outstanding Customer Service• Help users understand technology solutions in a clear and approachable way.• Support faculty, staff, students, and clinic personnel with professionalism and patience.• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.Support a Growing University• Assist with technology projects, system improvements, and special assignments.• Travel occasionally between Roseman locations and the Roseman Medical Group clinic as needed.• Contribute to a positive, service-focused technology experience across the university.What You’ll Bring• High school diploma or equivalent.• Three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent).• Network+, MCP, or other industry certifications preferred.• Experience in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 2019/2021/365, Azure environments, imaging software (Macrium and VMware), and wireless networking.• Valid Nevada driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record.• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.• Experience supporting users in a higher education environment preferred.Benefits and Perks:At Roseman University, we believe exceptional employees deserve exceptional benefits.
