Delivery Truck Driver

As the delivery truck driver, you will ensure timely delivery to FHC doctor's offices, hospitals, and contract accounts. The successful candidate will take pride in their professional approach aiming to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and efficient distribution of linen.
• Unload clean linen carts and deliver them to designated areas or departments on a time-scheduled basis.
• Load soiled linen carts onto truck, return to Laundry and off load soiled linen carts on a time-scheduled basis.
• Work closely with designated person at assigned accounts making sure all needs/concerns are taken care of.

Qualifications

• Role requires physical stamina as you will be required to lift and carry heavy bags of laundry/linen. The ability to work where physical exertion is necessary, including walking, standing, bending, lifting, etc.
• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Must possess a valid North Carolina driver's license with a good driving record and two years of driving experience.
• Must be able to transport and move large volumes of clean and soiled linen carts.
