Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing experience and be comfortable providing care across the surgical continuum, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-anesthesia recovery settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Operating Room circulating duties.
• Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative process.
• Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and PACU patient care.
• Deliver after-hours PACU coverage as required.
• Care for both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in PACU and pediatric patient care preferred.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
