Our restaurants operate professional, fast‑paced, scratch kitchens. We hire line and prep cooks who understand high expectations for food presentation and execution. The kitchen has an open layout with visibility from the dining room. The role requires strong communication and teamwork across the crew, including assembler, expo, and management. The cook manages ticket orders for proteins, ensures proper food temperatures and follows company specifications while maintaining a clean station and workspace.
