Job title Business-level Mandarin Speaker - Warehouse Safety & Compliance Expert Pay ranges $80,000 to $95,000/year Duration Fulltime and Permanent Requirements Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China. Responsibilities Lead and manage warehouse safety and compliance programs across operations Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Oversee workplace injury management, incident reporting, and workers’ compensation coordination Develop and enforce PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards and procedures Conduct regular safety training sessions and safety awareness programs for employees Manage fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and compliance inspections Oversee CCTV audit processes and support internal investigations when necessary Conduct safety inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions Investigate safety violations, incidents, and operational compliance concernsMaintain accurate documentation related to safety records, audits, and compliance reports Partner with warehouse operations teams to continuously improve workplace safety culture Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warehouse safety, compliance, EHS, or related operations management Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards Experience handling workers’ compensation cases and incident investigations Familiarity with PPE standards, fire safety procedures, and warehouse operational safety Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
