Also offered: 50% of licensing and DEA expenses, moving expense reimbursement.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointmentsPerform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditionsDevelop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptionsEducate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principlesCollaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staffDocument visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant mannerParticipate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessionsSupport clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant ( or eligibility to obtain )Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineStrong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicineExcellent communication and patient relationship skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficient in using electronic health recordsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchVoluntary LTD, FSA, Accident, Critical IllnessPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysEmployee and Family DiscountsPaid Parental Leave
