Pay and Incentives In Oakbrook/Naperville, the starting hourly base pay rate for Team Jeni’s Ambassadors is $15.00/hour with the opportunity to earn an average of $22.96 per hour!* Ambassadors are eligible for tips, overtime and holiday premium pay (if applicable). *This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2026 base pay rate, plus 2025's hourly tip average. 2026 actual customer tips may vary. In Oakbrook/Naperville, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $16 per hour in a two‑week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $16 per hour for that pay period.
