Details Work in an ENT unit at a hospital caring for patients with tracheostomies and laryngectomies Patient population includes general surgery, bariatric surgery, and head/neck surgery cases AM shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week No on-call responsibilities Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand AHA BLS certification required Minimum 18 months of RN experience required Skilled surgical nursing background required Additional Information Provide specialized nursing care for patients with tracheostomies and laryngectomies Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration Former Emory staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days when falling on or near a holiday Only one holiday request is permitted per assignment American Traveler Job ID P-763611.
