Join Our Team as a Urologic Oncologist
Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Urologic Oncologist within our expanding Department of Urology. This is a remarkable chance to work in a collaborative academic setting focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare.
About the PositionThe selected candidate will become part of a dedicated team of experienced urologists and multidisciplinary cancer experts. This role offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive clinical practice in various areas of urologic oncology, including:
- Management of prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers
- Handling complex oncologic cases
- Active participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Collaboration with specialists in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and pathology
This position provides a well-rounded experience, combining outpatient clinic responsibilities, operating room time, and inpatient consultations. Experience in robotic surgery is highly preferred.
Academic and Teaching OpportunitiesAs a faculty member affiliated with a prestigious medical school, you will have the chance to contribute to the education of medical students and residents. Opportunities include:

Academic rank will be determined based on your experience.
Qualifications- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Completion of a fellowship in Urologic Oncology is mandatory
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
- Strong skills in clinical practice, communication, and teamwork

The salary range for this role is $390,000 - $405,000 per year. Actual compensation will be established during the selection process and will take into account various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
