Registered Nurse Adult Medical Care

Overview The Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) provides post‑surgical care for children and young adults who have undergone general surgery, transplantation, neurosurgery, craniofacial reconstruction, orthopedic surgery, and trauma. It is one of the highest‑volume pediatric intensive care units in the United States, caring for patients ranging in age from newborns to early adulthood who have complex, progressive, and rapidly changing medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Preferred: 2 years of experience in an acute care setting. Preferred: Pediatric or adult ICU experience. Massachusetts RN licensure required. Benefits Sign‑on bonus: Eligible for $10,000.00 (not eligible for internal candidates and former BCH employees who worked here in the past 2 years). Base pay is determined by the organization’s reasonable and good‑faith expectation at the time of posting.
