Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will also properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with their bakery orders. Your attitude can enhance the customer's shopping experience. What You'll Do Prepare food according to item specifications, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance. Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Drive the performance of the area, manage high exposure, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, and guide peers. Advocate for the department by modeling high quality service and products. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, and identify improvement opportunities. Desired Qualities Passion for and experience with fresh food. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
