Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing Microsoft Cloud for our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Washington DC, or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. **Responsibilities** **Data Analysis and Reporting** + Leads teams in applying data tools and analytics to monitor program performance and drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements across functions. + Guides resolution of complex issues identified through data analysis and ensures timely escalation when needed. + Oversees the development of reports and metrics to communicate key trends, insights, and performance drivers to stakeholders. **People Management** + Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. + Model: Live our culture. Invest in the growth of others. **Process Improvement and Innovation** + Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives and guides the implementation of high-impact solutions using established and emerging methodologies. + Drives team-led root cause analysis and synthesizes findings to inform functional best practices and continuous improvement across teams. **Program and Project Management** + Manages teams delivering complex, cross-functional supply chain projects with broad scope and significant business impact. Leads coordination across multiple functions to ensure alignment, resource allocation, and milestone delivery. + Provides strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and resolves cross-team risks and process gaps. **Risk Management** + Leads teams in identifying operational risks across programs or business functions and guides the development and implementation of mitigation strategies. + Oversees documentation of risk scenarios and response protocols to support organizational readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement. **Stakeholder Engagement** + Leads teams coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of complex programs and resolution of cross-functional or high-impact issues. + Drives strategic collaboration and facilitates ongoing communication forums to maintain alignment and accelerate program outcomes. **Supplier and Vendor Management** + Leads teams in managing supplier performance and compliance across multiple suppliers or categories, ensuring alignment with business standards and objectives. + Oversees resolution of supplier issues and guides improvement planning efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders. + Reviews supplier KPIs and ensures corrective actions are implemented to drive sustained performance improvements. **Supply Chain Management** + Leads teams in executing integrated supply chain activities across planning, sourcing, logistics, and operational functions to optimize cost, service, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction. + Drives adoption of advanced tools and analytics to improve short and long term outcomes and ensure alignment with business strategy. **Sustainability and Compliance** + Leads teams in ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards through planning and reporting activities across multiple programs or business areas. + Oversees submission and review of required documentation during checkpoints to support functional compliance goals and risk mitigation. **Embody our** ** Culture ( and** ** Values ( **Qualifications** **Required/minimum qualifications** + Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes + OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes + OR equivalent experience. **Other Requirements** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Additional or preferred qualifications** + Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes + OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes + OR equivalent experience. + 5+ years people management experience. + Certification in Six Sigma. \#COICareers and #EPCCareers Supply Chain Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
