Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude Serve as the face of the office, creating a welcoming and professional environment Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service Respond to online inquiries and appointment requests promptly Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution Perform administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain required signatures on medical and administrative paperwork What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using office equipment and basic computer programs Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite Position Why Join Us?
