Seven Healthcare are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in adult emergency care for a 13-week travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role focuses on providing emergency medical services in a state-of-the-art hospital environment. EPIC charting experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

• Provide emergency care for adult and pediatric patients, managing injuries such as gunshot wounds and orthopedic trauma
• Administer IV therapy, including blood product administration and use of vasopressors
• Manage ventilators and CPAP/BiPAP machines
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias
• Adhere to isolation precautions and conduct triage effectively
• Care for patients with neuro-trauma, including CVA and traumatic brain injury

Requirements of the Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

• Active New York Single State RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an emergency department
• Experience with EPIC charting system
