REQUIREMENTS- Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional training will be provided. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance (business casual only), a high school degree (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and prior customer service experience. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals have proven to succeed in this new position.
ABOUT US- Homer Skelton Ford is a high volume dealership. What does that mean to you? We have many customers that need support before, during, and after the sale.
SCHEDULE- Two alternating shifts, either 8-5 or 11-8. Both shifts required throughout the week. Guaranteed day off during the week. Saturdays required, no Sundays. Please do not apply if you cannot work Saturdays or both shifts throughout the week. Schedule adaptations are on a case by case basis based on seniority within the department.
PAY- We are so confident that you will succeed with us we are offering a $3000 per month salary while in training! After training, this will be your MINIMUM pay, and you'll also receive bonuses based on performance.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT- We will be hiring individuals based on interview success and a passed personality profile, often in the same day. Candidates will be interviewing with the manager for whom they would be working. This is an elite department that is very successful, and looking to expand. Only the best candidates will be asked to interview, and only the best interviews will proceed to hiring.
