We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our highly performing McDonald's restaurants.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $54,000 to 60,000
- Up to $3,000 annually in bonus potential

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a strong restaurant management team
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Monitor labor, inventory, cash controls, and restaurant profitability
- Coach and motivate managers and crew members
- Ensure outstanding customer service every shift
- Build a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability
- Train and develop future leaders within the organization
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing restaurant operations, staffing, and financial performance
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- McDonald's experience preferred
- Hamburger University graduate preferred for former McDonald's General Managers
- Valid driver's license required
