Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in East Palestine, Ohio. About the Role:

As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department , ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of care.
Leading a team of licensed nurses and caregivers , providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and compassion.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Collaborating with other departments , including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Maintaining accurate records and reports , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives , identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance care and services.
