We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient / Hand Therapy for a 13-week contract in Moses Lake, Washington. The OT will evaluate and treat outpatient populations across the age continuum while developing individualized treatment plans focused on improving function, reducing disability, and supporting patient independence.

This position offers the opportunity to support a growing elbow, wrist, and hand therapy program. Outpatient experience, hand therapy, and splinting experience are preferred, with mentorship available for continued professional development.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans based on physician orders, functional needs, and clinical findings.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing physical agents, exercise, assistive devices, and biomechanical and neurophysiological principles.

• Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, home recommendations, and functional goals.

• Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation while directing assisting support staff as appropriate.

• Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted; 1 Year of Outpatient Occupational Therapy Experience Preferred.

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist License or Eligibility to Obtain Washington State OT Licensure Required.

• Hand Therapy and Splinting Experience Preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy From an Accredited Program Preferred; Advanced Degree or Additional Training Preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification Required Within 3 Months of Hire.
