Car Wash Associate
Benny's is hiring! If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving team, this could be a great fit. Whether you're a student looking for part-time work or someone seeking a career with growth opportunities, we offer a strong team environment and a role where no two days are the same.
No experience necessary - we'll train you.

- Customer interaction you'll be the face of Benny's, helping customers and making their experience great.

Pay & Benefits:
- Part-time: $12/hour (less than 30 hours/week)
- Full-time: $12/hour (30+ hours/week)
- 40 hours of paid time off, increasing with tenure
- Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance

- Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year for eligible students
- Bonus and referral opportunities
- Certification reimbursement programs - up to $3,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the sales kiosks
- Promote our Unlimited Memberships and help customers sign up
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Vacuum interiors, clean windows, and perform basic detailing
- Maintain site cleanliness - take out trash, clean vacuums, prep towels, and wash down equipment
- Operate and maintain car wash tools and machinery (training provided)
- Contribute to a positive, team-first environment
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Team-oriented and reliable
