Were Looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and respond to inquiries, resolve issues, process transactions, and maintain account records to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Address customer questions and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates or upgrades.
Provide accurate information regarding features, pricing, and company policies.
Log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Identify complex issues and escalate them to appropriate departments or management.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Excellent active listening, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to think critically, multitask, and de-escalate stressful situations under pressure.
Experience with CRM software, smart devices, and multi-platform navigation.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is sometimes preferred depending on the industry.
1–2 years of relevant customer support or call center experience is typically required
