Lead an Established Rehab Program + Earn $450,000

We're seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to step into a Medical Director role with an established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Englewood, Colorado. Must have prior Inpatient Rehab experience.

This opportunity offers the ideal blend of l eadership, clinical autonomy, and work-life balance - all within the Denver metro area.

Position Highlights

Medical Director role with dedicated leadership responsibilities
$450,000 compensation package
Monday-Friday schedule
No required weekends
Approximately 20% administrative duties
Established interdisciplinary rehab team
Opportunity to influence program growth and quality initiatives
Strong operational and clinical support

Ideal Candidate

BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Passion for inpatient rehab and physician leadership
Interested in program development and collaborative care
Patient-centered mindset with strong communication skills
