We create the processes and conditions that enable high performance across teams and help Stripe scale with focus and discipline.We partner closely with the CMO, Marketing and Sales Development leadership team to define strategy, lead operational planning, and steward execution across global programs.Our work spans cross-functional efforts that are critical to Stripe’s growth. From delivering strategic insights and frameworks to leading complex initiatives, we focus on what moves the needle most for the business. If you like hard problems, are analytical, and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you.What you’ll doResponsibilities Drive our annual strategic plan and operating plan, working in partnership with our CMO and marketing leadership team to define our must-wins, build plans to win, and allocate our resources to deliver on the plan.Define our most critical OKRs that instill transparent, data-driven accountability for delivering our strategy to Stripe leadership.Quarterback an agile, automated, data-driven reporting process and tool to manage OKRs. Run the core rhythms of the business on behalf of the CMO to focus attention, inspection, and strategic steers in the right places at the right time.Lead content on behalf of Marketing and Sales Dev for all monthly/quarterly business reviews, in close partnership with Finance, GTM, and Corporate Operations.Use data to tell a compelling story and drive alignment on where we’re winning and where we need to focus.Leverage an AI-first approach to aggressively automate marketing reporting.Independently scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems. This includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes.Bring clarity to ambiguity. You’ll navigate complexity, distill insight from noise, resolve issues quickly, and empower teams to make smart, confident decisions.Drive analysis and research that will help inform Stripe’s overall strategy and help us make the right long-term decisions.Work directly with senior leaders across the company and with cross-functional partners to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs.Who you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum requirements10 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skillsExperience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environmentCritical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problemsExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak to leaders across teams including product, engineering, analytics, sales, and partnershipsAn ability to execute with minimal guidance and with a high degree of ambiguityPreferred qualificationsPrior experience in payments, finance, fintech, or high-growth technology companiesPrior experience working directly with C-level executives and their direct reportsBackground in marketing a strong plusExperience navigating large data sets and/or SQL
