Field Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service Technician I Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 2 Months Working Hours: 7am-4:30pm Summary:
- Executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
- Take care of company property.
- Troubleshoot systems for mechanical and electrical equipment conditions.
- Identify and remedy safety issues in both company and customer-owned equipment.
- Directly interface with customers; potentially at multiple sites with multiple technologies.
- Serve as the first line of technical service support, customer-facing with high utilization.
- Accountable to the customer for the operation and repair of the system.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
- Technical experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including smart devices.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Able to pass a credit check.
- Able to obtain a CDL, class A or B, with applicable endorsements.
- Able to accommodate as a driver in a company vehicle.
- 1-3 years of experience required.
- Experience with water valve, plumbing, trades reverse osmosis.
- Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.
- Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to climb and descend stairs.
- Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
- May work indoors and outdoors as needed, exposed to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 0 degrees.
- May work in areas where noise level requires hearing protection.
- May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt; work surfaces may include concrete.
- Employee must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
- Some travel to other locations, meetings, and/or seminars is required.
