About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to lead the commercial, financial, and strategic roadmap for a groundbreaking satellite communications program. This executive will be instrumental in defining and executing the long-term strategy for a global satellite business, with a focus on secure, high-capacity broadband connectivity. Key responsibilities include developing business cases for large-scale infrastructure investment, leading strategic planning for constellation deployment, and building sustainable revenue models. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the satellite ecosystem, including manufacturing, ground systems, and communications infrastructure, and experience in negotiating complex strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be expected to balance commercial vision with operational delivery in a capital-intensive industry and will have the opportunity to influence the program from its inception. The ideal candidate for the Chief Strategy Officer position at the company will have over 25 years' of senior leadership experience, particularly in the satellite, aerospace, or deep technology sectors. Desirable experience includes LEO constellation development, global telecommunications, and government and defense programs. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in executive strategic leadership, commercial negotiation, financial and investment expertise, and global stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading high-performing executive teams, engaging with Boards, investors, regulators, and strategic partners, and driving the program's execution across technology, finance, and commercial operations.
