What You'll Be Doing Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion while working closely with Managers and Partners. Review workpapers, coordinate engagement teams, and mentor Staff and Associates throughout the audit process. Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to add value. Gain exposure to clients across industries including manufacturing, construction, technology, distribution, and M&A-related engagements. CPA or CPA eligibility required. 3+ years of public accounting audit experience with experience leading engagements. Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills with a desire to continue growing as a leader.
