Your Mission

• Deliver exceptional chiropractic care and help patients thrive

• Lead your team, train staff, and track clinic performance

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years clinical experience
• Energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for patient care
• Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow a clinic and a team
• Excitement for mentoring staff and leading community engagement

Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary : $97,000–$110,000 annually
* Metric performance & production bonus : Up to $60,000 annually, based on achievement of performance metrics:
* Tier 1: Up to $20,000
* Tier 2: Up to $40,000
* Tier 3: Up to $60,000
* CE allowance: $1,500/year + 3 paid CE days
* Paid time off: 10 days/year + 6 holidays
* Health stipend: $500/month
* California state retirement plan (CalSavers) available
