The team focuses on experts on our DSP, finding ways to hit KPIs and bring customers' goals to life. What We're Looking for We seek a Client Services Lead to partner with Sales & Client Services teams in managing and growing key accounts, collaborating with internal teams for strategic recommendations, data‑driven insights, and exceptional client service. The role requires independence to identify performance, revenue, and new features that foster long‑term success. Experience with Yahoo DSP is essential to provide optimization guidance, train clients, and contribute to platform enhancement. Your professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships with external clients and collaborate across teams. You manage multiple complex projects, teams, and clients, prioritizing tasks and using analytical and business acumen. We seek a dedicated, personable lead to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as the main point of contact. A Day in the Life Serve as advertiser point‑of‑contact for all campaign‑related inquiries from start to finish of the campaign lifecycle by owning tasks and leveraging support teams. Lead a portfolio of accounts, acting as a "small business owner" to grow clients' business Become an expert on Yahoo DSP and demonstrate proficiency across product and feature suites (Programmatic Display, Advanced TV, Native, DOOH, OLV, Commerce Media, and emerging channels) Collaborate effectively with Sales, Associate Client Services, and other functions to grow existing accounts and achieve client goals Develop and cultivate relationships with brand and agency clients as a consultant to their business Monitor and influence campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot and elevate issues, and provide optimization and upsell opportunities Develop and provide Strategic Insights, Campaign Wrap‑ups, and Quarterly Business Reviews to clients Own the training plan for new clients and ongoing training for existing clients Represent client needs by providing feedback to Product Solutions to define features, integrations, and improvements Lead proactively, think multiple steps ahead to move an account forward Experience or strong interest in using Generative AI tools to accelerate workflow, synthesize campaign data, and draft high‑quality deliverables Commitment to staying current on emerging AI trends in AdTech The material job duties and responsibilities of this role are those listed above, plus adhering to Yahoo policies, exercising sound judgment, working effectively, safely, and inclusively with others, and safeguarding business operations and brand integrity. Our work environment is flexible hybrid; roles mostly do not require regular office attendance, but you may occasionally attend in‑person events or team sessions. The compensation ranges from $87,750 to $182,500 per year and may include discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
